Union Park & Workers Memorial Foundation 2nd Annual Labor Picnic at The Big Fresno Fair

Saturday, May 20, 2017, from 11:00am to 3:00pm representatives of organized Labor and the public will be on hand for the second annual labor picnic and BBQ at the Union Park in The Big Fresno Fairgrounds Pavilion. We will have a full day of fun activities and entertainment. Starting at 11:00am and ending at 3:00pm we will have kid’s zone that will have exciting slides, amazing obstacle courses, bounce houses, challenging carnival games. We will be having a police officers’ (Lady and the Tramps) Band. We will have a 50/50 raffle and a big hula hoop contest. The Fresno Grizzlies Mascot (Parker T. Bear) & Johnny Garza (wolfman) will be there. At 11:00am we will have our short ceremony to honor all workers who have died on the job. At 12:00 noon we will be having full tri tip lunch. Which will be tri tip, green beans, pilaf salad and rolls. Children under 12 will have free hot dogs and chips. There will be more information coming.
